Beachside Food and Beverage Service Position Responsibilities include: Providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service to beach and pool guests Taking orders and delivering cocktails, beverages, and menu items accurately Maintaining a clean and organized service environment Anticipating guest needs and ensuring an outstanding guest experience Following all hotel, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards Qualifications: Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment Strong guest service and communication skills Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays Join The Luce Hotel and help create unforgettable beachside experiences for our guests. Required Skills and Abilities: Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
