I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. I’ve been with State Farm since 2019, and this agency is an exciting next step where I’m focused on building a strong, successful team from the ground up. Outside of work, I’m a single dad with two kids full time, so I understand the importance of flexibility, balance, and creating a supportive environment both personally and professionally. I stay involved in the community by participating in local events like Chinese New Year celebrations and car shows, and I’m always looking for ways to stay connected. Our agency offers PTO, sick days, a life insurance policy, Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and flexibility with work schedules. I believe in supporting my team so they can succeed both at work and at home. Our culture is fast-paced and growth-focused. I’m looking for someone who is energetic, disciplined, and eager to learn. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
