Description: URGENT HIRING – Equipment Operator Corsicana, TX Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Competitive Pay –$17-$25hr Immediate Openings – Start ASAP! We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at a busy concrete plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating skid steers, front-end loaders, excavators, backhoes, and SkyTrak. This position is essential to keeping plant operations running safely and efficiently. Job Duties:

• Operate skid steers, front-end loaders, backhoes, SkyTrak, mixers, excavators, and cranes safely and efficiently
• Move raw materials and finished concrete products throughout the facility
• Electrical PLC knowledge. (relays, contactors, sensors, switches), AC/DC circuits, voltage
• Assist with pouring, forming, and finishing concrete products
• Clean and prepare molds, forms, and work areas
• Shovel, rake, and move materials such as sand, gravel, and debris
• Conduct daily equipment inspections
• Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Support production team to meet daily manufacturing goals

Requirements:

• Experience operating heavy equipment (forklift, loader, mixer, crane required)
• Manufacturing, concrete, or construction background preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Able to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions
