Associate Financial Advisor

Role Description The Associate Financial Advisor is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Cleveland, TN. This role supports senior advisors in developing and implementing financial and retirement plans, conducting investment research, and preparing client presentations and review materials. The Associate Financial Advisor will meet with clients and prospective clients to gather financial data, clarify goals, and help explain recommended strategies in a clear and compliant manner. Daily responsibilities include analyzing client portfolios, tracking action items, maintaining accurate records in the firm’s systems, and coordinating with internal team members to support a seamless client experience. The role also involves staying current on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes, while following all firm and industry compliance guidelines. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, including the ability to help develop strategies for income, savings, and long-term goals. Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and Investments skills, with the ability to understand portfolio construction, risk, and basic investment products. Candidates should possess Financial Advisory skills, including client communication, needs assessment, and the ability to support recommendations in a compliant manner. Must have Series 65, 66 or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language. High ethical standards and a commitment to regulatory compliance; ability to work with confidential information responsibly.
