Document Prepper/Scanner

Document Prepper/Scanner Nashville, TN 3+ Months Contract We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Document Prepper/Scanner to join our team on a temporary basis for a large-scale document scanning project. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing physical documents for digital scanning, operating printing/scanning equipment, and ensuring the integrity and quality of digital images.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare documents for scanning. Operate scanner to convert physical document to digital format . Perform periodic review of digitized documents to ensure clarity and completeness. Accurately name scanned files using existing file naming protocols. Ensure all documents are handled with care to preserve condition and confidentiality. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Excellent attention to detail. Experience with operating computer system and office equipment, particularly scanners and printers. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Capable of lifting boxes up to 20 pounds and standing for extended periods. Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with scanning equipment or document quality. Must understand importance of handling sensitive and confidential information. STI
