Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM Experience: • 24 months of experience worked in the last 12 months. • Travel experience is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Trio WFS Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Trio WFS Program - Banner Health. • No travel pairs or trios.
• Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments in Arizona facilities.
• No RTO during the first week of assignment. Shift & Scheduling:
• Mon-Thurs.
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days.
• Weekend and On Call requirement to be determined by the facility. Floating Requirements:
• Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any. 7 days maximum time off.
