We are currently looking for an Oral Surgeon to become part of our dental team on a PRN basis. This moonlighting role is designed to fit seamlessly into your existing schedule rather than replace it. Responsibilities Our oral surgery practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Dedicated dental assistants trained specifically for oral surgery procedures Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management As an Oral Surgeon, your responsibilities will include: Conducting third molar extractions, including those that are impacted Performing surgical and complex extractions as clinically indicated Providing oral surgery care efficiently and safely within a well-supported dental environment Collaborating with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-focused care Qualifications We expect our Oral Surgeon to possess the following qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental program Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and relevant state credentials A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing oral surgery care in a community dental environment We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
