Description

Machine Operator 4-Day Work Week!

Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL Shifts Available:

First Shift: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM ($19/hour)
Second Shift: MondayThursday, 3:30 PM 2:00 AM ($21/hour)

Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

What You'll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in our production process by:

Setting up and operating high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines
Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
Replenishing materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area
Assembling and labeling boxes, and supporting other production tasks

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant machine operator experience)
Stable work history and consistent reliability
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work at a fast pace and meet production goals
Dependability matters we value team members who show up ready to contribute and take pride in their work.
Demonstrated ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly
