Seasoned Heavy Equipment Operator - Timber Frame (Rockies)

Safely and efficiently perform tasks such as excavation, grading, leveling, loading, and material handling. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to minimize accidents and maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines. Keep accurate records of daily activities, including equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance performed. Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions to meet specifications and achieve desired outcomes. Identify potential hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator. Proficiency in operating a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and cranes. CDL License a PLUS and any other valid and up-to-date heavy equipment operator's license or certification. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to heavy equipment operations. Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and technical manuals. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Physical stamina to withstand long hours of sitting, standing, and operating heavy machinery. Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
