Parts Assistant Manager

Parts experience is preferred but not required. Automotive parts or RV parts background is a plus as well.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
• Process customer/service orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and part orders

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of RV repair or related industry is a plus
• Proficient in using cash registers or POS systems
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel for basic data entry tasks
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
