Regional Operations Manager

The expected base salary range for this position is $95,000. Responsibilities Ensure that all loan files in the region are processed, closed, and funded according to Guaranteed Rate’s established quality, efficiency, and customer service standards. Partner with departments (Closing, UW, Appraisal, Compliance, etc.) to proactively identify, isolate, and resolve problems. Ensure adequate staffing, strategic planning, and load balancing at branch and regional levels. Support coordinated onboarding strategies with Production Managers, the Transition Team, Recruiting, and Regional or Branch Sales Managers. Leverage pipeline, production, and quality reports to promote both employee and customer satisfaction. Key Skills & Competencies Production Management Capacity Planning Staffing (identification, recruiting, interviewing, offers, etc.) Strategic planning owner for specialty needs (CEMA, COOP, 203k, bond programs, etc.) Scorecard and Dashboard Management Audit for productivity, quality and efficiency Pipeline Management Proactive POD Flow commitment Pipeline risk identification and problem solving Load balancing at MC/LC and branch/regional levels Manufacturing Quality review and administration of LC/MC development plans based on QC audit, post‑closing audit, loss mitigation audit, denied loans audit, problem loan report, adverse action team findings, and unsalable loans Monitor reports (APLD System compliance, Broker Loan Report, etc.) Customer escalation point + VP escalation point + NPS performance management Personnel management support (weekly huddle call, daily fixes and resource center updates, training coordination, compliance, new hire, continuing education, performance/deficiency support) Compensation plan preparation and bonus report review/administration New hire audit review, regional vacation/sick leave coverage, overtime management, employee termination process management, timecard approvals and oversight EEO Statement Rate is an Equal Opportunity Employer that welcomes and encourages all applicants to apply regardless of age, race, sex, religion, color, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital or parental status, ancestry, citizenship status, pregnancy or other reason protected by law.
