How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver specialized, high-quality direct patient care across diverse specialty units, strictly  adhering to established policies and protocols.
• Implement and continuously  evaluate customized patient care plans, accurately  monitoring and  documenting patient response to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate all patient care activities, effectively  collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless and holistic patient journey.
• Assess patient needs comprehensively and  execute physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately to maintain safety and efficiency.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Credential(s):

• Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 2 years of recent bedside experience in Critical Care. Must be able to work all aspects of Critical Care (Neuro, Cardiac, Medical, Surgical).
• Proven ability to successfully navigate and provide autonomous direct care in a multi-unit, float, or resource team environment.
