Job ID: 18998533Reference Number: 23-00339Title: Monitoring Tools/Broadcom EngineerLocation: Iselin, NJ, 08830Posted Date: 2023-02-08Company: HAN Staffing Role: Monitoring Tools/Broadcom Engineer Broadcom Monitoring tool experience and understanding about how it relates and reacts to infrastructure environment Working with AI Analytics Responsible for profile set-up and implementing the monitoring governances IE: what causes and alert and who receives the alerts Responsible for updates to the probes and UIM tool updates in general Additional responsibility could be building out the dashboards Optimize infrastructure and network performance date to identify root case prior to impacting the business operations Machine learning based algorithms Ability to escalate and apply knowledge to properly handle tickets and issues occurring in local environment 5-10 Years of network or system management Refresh on monitoring architecture Experience with CA licensing Enterprise level support of Infrastructure management - UIM Managing Server equipment, along with monitoring tools specifically to manage network, applications and infrastructure within the client Enterprise level monitoring technology experience Understanding of DX Technology and how it works and set up with in various environments AIOps is a plus and great to have. Should be able to partner with Lead Architect on project that focuses on CA Monitoring, infrastructure system refresh and upgrades around Broadcom and UIM. Skill Required: Infrastructure Monitoring (Broadcom UIM/Nimsoft), Network Monitoring (Broadcom Spectrum, DxNetOps Performance Manger and Network Flow Analysis) and Application Monitoring (Broadcom APM and Dynatrace) and any similar tool experiences Required Skills: Subject Matter Expert leading the solution and configuration of the following Broadcom applications: Performance Manager v20.2 Spectrum v20.4 UIM v20.3 APM DX Performance Manager 1.
