You will help schedule service appointments, follow up with service guests and assist the advisors and service manager with a variety of customer service and administrative related tasks.ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.Assist with scheduling service appointments.Follow up with service guests that do not show up for their appointments, and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service.Assist advisors and service manager with other customer service and administrative related duties.Utilize online system daily.QualificationsAt least one previous role based in customer service experienceExcellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improvePrompt and courteous demeanorPositive and hardworking personalityStrong computer skillsAbility to stay on task and work independentlyAs part of the Dahl Auto team, you will be eligible for all company benefits, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k with automatic 3% company contribution, life insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, discounts on vehicles and services, and much more!
