Job Description We are preparing for growth in 2026 and are adding to several departments in our Denver Headquarters. We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join our centralized data team in the Denver Tech Center, CO. The position is in‑office 5 days a week. What You Will Do Design and develop scalable applications using .NET and modern front‑end frameworks. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly with front‑end applications. Work with relational databases, ensuring data reliability and performance. Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns. Develop responsive, interactive user interfaces using React.js and modern front‑end development practices. Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and optimize front‑end performance. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes into functional, user‑centered components. Integrate front‑end and back‑end components to deliver cohesive, end‑to‑end solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack to maintain application stability. Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code aligned with engineering best practices. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint activities and team ceremonies. Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high‑quality features on schedule. Contribute to code reviews and collaborate with the team to uphold code quality. Support performance, scalability, and security improvements across the application stack. Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and development methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development using C# and .NET. Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and building RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres) and writing efficient SQL queries. Experience working with modern front‑end build tooling and packaging workflows. Experience building and hosting application on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control systems such as Git. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Awareness of common application security principles and secure data handling practices, including working with sensitive or regulated data such as PII. Familiarity with modern SaaS and DaaS platforms and how they integrate into full‑stack application architectures. Nice to Have Experience with Azure Service Fabric or similar microservices platforms. Familiarity with cloud deployment strategies and CI/CD orchestration. Knowledge of unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing best practices. Understanding of when and how to use NoSQL databases within application architecture. Experience with containerization tools. Soft Skills Strong problem‑solving abilities and high attention to detail. Clear, effective communication and a collaborative mindset. A growth‑oriented mindset with enthusiasm for learning and adapting. Additional Information Expected pay rate of $115,000 - $130,000 plus annual bonus. Pay rate is in line with your skills and experience. 25% discounted rent at AIR Communities (certain exclusions apply, and application is required).
