Clinical Research Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience Registered Nurse licensure or bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field strongly preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficient with clinical trial management systems and electronic data capture tools Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice ( GCP ), FDA regulations, and IRB requirements Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Detail-oriented with flexibility in working hours to meet study demands Experience with EMR (EPIC a plus) as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook CCRC or CCRP certification preferred Clinical Research Coordinator Preferred Background & Skills Fluency in Spanish Experience in cardiac research studies Clinical Research Coordinator Day-to-Day Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and evaluate cardiac clinical research trials, ensuring compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA regulations Serve as primary contact for sponsors and coordinate study start-up activities including IRB submissions and site visits Maintain thorough and accurate study documentation, regulatory files, and patient records Assess patient eligibility, conduct consent processes, and monitor patient enrollment and retention Record and report adverse events, assist with audits, and help resolve protocol deviations Support the preparation of research budgets and monetary disbursements Mentor and train junior research staff on protocol procedures and compliance Clinical Research Coordinator Benefits & Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship Supportive and inclusive workplace culture JOB ID : 175919#post Brooke King #J-18808-Ljbffr
