In fact, this opportunity was designed for people who are new to recruiting. At Equiliem, we’ll teach you how to become a recruiter from the ground up through comprehensive, hands-on training. You bring the personality, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn. We’ll teach you the recruiting business.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

We don't expect you to walk in knowing how to recruit.

Our training program will teach you how to:

• Find and connect with candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
\n
• Conduct professional phone screens and interviews
\n
• Understand a candidate's experience, goals, and motivations
\n
• Build relationships with candidates
\n
• Match candidates with career opportunities
\n
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal teams
\n
• Discuss compensation and help navigate job offers
\n
• Manage candidate pipelines and follow-up
\n
• Use professional recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems
\n
• Develop the communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills used by successful recruiters

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

Recruiting is fast-paced, social, and highly activity-driven.

You'll spend your day talking to people, building relationships, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, following up with candidates, collaborating with your team, and working toward weekly goals.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy and wants their effort to directly impact their success.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Pay: $45-50K / Year

Schedule: Full-Time | Standard EST Business Hours

Location: Hybrid - Woodbridge, NJ
