- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- Holiday Requirement: Minimum 2 holidays during contract
- Floating: Typically to PCU, occasionally to MedSurg (ratios: 1:4–1:5)
Cancellation Policy (Facility)
Up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment (3 shifts for assignments <13 weeks)
Requirements:
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
- Education: BSN Required
- Active RN License: Nebraska or Compact state license
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (all required)

- Trauma Level: Level 2
- Charting System: EPIC
- Number of Beds: 33 (average daily census: 16)
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2–3 (adults)
Common Diagnoses
Trauma, cardiac arrest, overdose/substance abuse, sepsis, post-stent, pacemaker placement, stroke, vascular cases, renal failure, heart failure, respiratory distress
Drips (titratable)
Cardiac drips, insulin, sedation
