Machine Assembly Technician — Build with Purpose at Potter Global Technologies
Do you enjoy turning a set of instructions into a finished, reliable product? Imagine opening an operation manual, laying out components, and using your tools to build something that meets rigorous industry standards and supports life-saving outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Translate written steps from an operation manual into precise, repeatable assembly work
- Handle tools of the trade—pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters and power tools—to craft products accurately
- Prepare shipments by packaging parts into cartons and sealing with auto tape dispensers
- Keep safety front and center by following all company guidelines
- Model teamwork: resolve conflicts constructively and support peers
- Work closely with manufacturing leaders, embrace feedback, and continuously improve quality and throughput
- Step up for additional responsibilities to help the team meet milestones
- Comfortable with repetitive motions and handling lightweight parts up to 10 pounds each
- Organized, punctual, and dependable with strong time management
- Respectful, collaborative communicator
- Confident reading and following written instructions in an operation manual
- Machine Building/Assembling
- Blueprint Reading
