Senior Oncology Account Manager, Saint Louis

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
In this territory-based commercial role, you will drive field execution for an oncology portfolio and build trusted relationships with healthcare customers. You will focus on delivering strong product awareness, supporting patient access, and advancing business performance in a highly competitive market. This position calls for a consultative, data-informed approach and close collaboration with internal partners to maximize impact across the assigned geography.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $230,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Market the company's product portfolio effectively within the territory
- Exceed performance goals by positioning product benefits for patients
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize high-impact customer engagements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support patient access to products
- Adapt between virtual and in-person engagements based on customer preferences
- Analyze market data to inform business planning and optimize call strategy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through innovative solutions
Qualifications
- MA, MS, BA, or BS degree
- 12-15+ years of experience in the biopharma industry
- 8-12+ years of experience in oncology product sales
- Proven track record of successful product launches in oncology
- Experience with oral oncolytic products and companion diagnostics
- Demonstrated success in competitive marketplaces and solo-representative roles
- Experience in small to midsize biotech environments
- Ability to meet travel requirements and reside in the assigned territory
