We value collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement in all that we do.About the role: An Instructional Coach Assistant accelerates student learning by delivering targeted, small-group literacy or math intervention and providing high-quality classroom support. This position also includes preparing classroom materials, supervising students during classroom activities and transitions, assisting with small group instruction, and supporting classroom management efforts.
