Food and Beverage Manager

SUMMARY: The Food and Beverage manager is primarily responsible for leading and supervising the outlets team. S/He will promote a safe and welcoming working environment to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. They will work with the Executive Chef and General Manager to ensure maximum efficiency. The Food and Beverage Manager shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Core Hotels & Resorts Core Values and the Hotel's Culture. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with policies/procedures in the Outlets Train, coach and assist associates in the Food & Beverage operations Monitor performance and recommend corrective action Alert management of potentially serious issues Respond to customer needs and rectify any guest issues Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of the various outlets to ensure safe work environment Oversee cash handling and check/credit policies and procedures Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events Promote teamwork and quality service Routinely greet guests, serve food and beverage and service other outlets departments Perform other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
