Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, MD is hiring a Full‑time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our collaborative rehabilitation team. Responsibilities Deliver quality physical therapy services according to treatment plans for patients. Document progress toward identified objectives and provide accurate, timely documentation for the current patient caseload, ensuring department compliance. Participate in a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and communication. Conduct patient and family education. Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication. Qualifications Degree from an accredited school approved by CAPTE. Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Maryland. Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association. Experience with documentation utilizing EMR. Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication. Focus on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence. Schedule & Compensation Monday–Friday schedule. One weekend day per month. One major and one minor holiday per year. Salary $26.00 – $34.50 per hour. Eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
