Actual compensation varies by candidate, location, insurance, prior experience, and journey details. Basic process to present upfront: 1. Quick eligibility check: age, prior birth, BMI, state, and contact details. 2. Coordinator review: compensation, timeline, state-specific next steps, and candidate questions. 3. Medical and pregnancy-history review, then clinic screening. 4. Matching with intended parents. 5. Independent legal review and contract. 6. Embryo transfer, pregnancy support, delivery, and post-journey wrap-up.
