National Plan Level Events - Senior Financial Consulting Director and Process Owner

Senior Financial Consulting Director The Senior Financial Consulting Director supervises professional-level Financial Consultants who answer questions for all in-plan participants, new entrants, prospects, beneficiaries and their legal and financial representatives on the organization’s products and services. The role supports institutions aligned to regional structures and develops strategies and services for offering financial planning advice in person, phone or virtual to help clients accomplish their immediate and long-term financial goals. Key Responsibilities and Duties Strategic Coordination & Decision-Making Review capacity plans and sales pipeline to make Go/No-Go decisions on Plan Level Events based on financial impact, event size, and strategic alignment Establish and maintain meeting cadence with cross-functional response teams Determine resource deployment strategies and prioritization across simultaneous events Set engagement and retention goals with clear calls-to-action for each event Understand the transition process, including intake platform and key legal documents that must be executed Communicate the larger strategy in executive conversations, documenting actions supporting each event Coordinate knowledge transfer and documentation of best practices as it relates to the PLE Cross-Team Orchestration Maintain strong intra-organisation relationships with the affected business units Coordinate sub-committee groups with immediate support teams and executive leadership for each event Ensure best practices, innovations, and adherence to organisational strategy across all stakeholders, including IRM teams, deployment and COR teams, enterprise analytics, wealth management, TRAC, national plan event teams, marketing, legal, finance and performance analytics, and the transitions team Operational Management Gather and analyse plan-level event data through Salesforce and IR Airport Submit early lead intake and national plan event intake forms Confirm participant engagement windows and advise teams of legal guidance Monitor week-over-week reporting until blackout dates Manage all client needs and escalations through the RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) Provide client-facing teams with participant options and engagement strategies Partner directly with offer management and understand updates to Record Keeping Agreements for data sharing, participant support, wealth engagement, pricing, and product availability Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement Consult with teams on final engagement metrics (assets, meetings, referrals) Identify behavioural patterns to inform future engagement strategies Ensure measurement against established baselines and targets Drive continuous optimisation of future Plan Level Events Oversee the performance of Financial Consultants and Associate Financial Consultants in providing pensions, tax-deferred annuities and investment options to retain and grow assets Educate and facilitate new product purchases (mutual funds, annuities, IRAs, 529, 403(b), bank products, etc.) and provide authoritative financial advice based on clients' needs and objectives Interact with retirement plan participants to provide exceptional customer service and execute transactions and service requests Use knowledge of tax and investment strategies to inform financial advice Deliver financial educational webinars and seminars Communicate internally across business partnerships to develop and implement products and services supporting clients and company initiatives Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional plan sponsors Serve as the business owner for TRAC involvement in webinars, workshops, and public appearances; coach associates to deliver an exceptional experience Problem Resolution Serve as single point of accountability for all event issues Ensure all problems are properly escalated, documented, and resolved Maintain audit trail of decisions and outcomes Educational Requirements University degree preferred Work Experience 8+ years required; 10+ years preferred FINRA Registrations Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66, Series 24 Physical Requirements Sedentary work Equal Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
