A full-time contract opportunity awaits for a skilled Occupational Therapist eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This onsite position starts August 17, 2026, and concludes June 11, 2027, supporting a diverse caseload. Qualifications/Experience:
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience or training in school-based OT, working with K-12 populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability for a dynamic school environment
- Commitment to fostering student independence and participation in school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
- Assess students’ functional levels and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes and participation
- Maintain thorough records of assessments, progress reports, and therapy documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success team discussions
- Adapt and modify classroom tools and strategies to enhance accessibility for all learners
