Charge Nurse (Primary)

Overview We’re looking for a carefully trained Registered Nurse who is passionate about progressive care, especially renal and dialysis patients. In this unit you will collaborate with physicians, dialysis specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide advanced renal and dialysis care, including hemodialysis, continuous cycler peritoneal dialysis (CCPD), and continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). Telemetry monitoring is a key component of this unit, with a 4:1 patient ratio to maintain excellent care and patient interaction. The Nurse Director or Charge Nurse leads the team to deliver competent, holistic care based on the nursing process. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 1 year of medical/surgical experience, with telemetry or critical care preferred. Basic EKG skills. Basic computer skills. RN license in the State of Missouri. BLS certification from AHA. ACLS certification from AHA. BSN in Nursing required; MSN preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr NKC Health
