Job Title: RN Emergency Room Profession: RN Emergency Room Specialty: RN Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 13 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC, NIH Certification, Client CPI Must-Have: Experience in Emergency Room nursing Description: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Charting is performed using Epic. Scrubs are navy. Certification in Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, Trauma Nursing Core Course, and NIH Certification is required.
