Essential Job Functions Maintain a neat and professional appearance with a properly cleaned uniform. Efficiently and effectively clean and maintain guest rooms and public spaces, following property procedures and high standards. Handle a variety of cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety regulations. Greet guests warmly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met. Answer basic questions about the property and provide assistance. Collaborate with the Housekeeping Team to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle guest requests, special needs, and complaints professionally. Ensure personal and guest safety by following sanitation and handling protocols. Notify appropriate personnel of equipment issues or unsafe/unsanitary conditions. Manually handle/lift/carry items up to 60 pounds. Minimum Requirements Eligibility to work in the United States of America. At least 18 years of age. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Strong teamwork skills. Ability to follow verbal directions and workplace safety signage. Active listening and observation skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations. Abilities Required Frequent walking, bending, balancing, stooping, reaching, pushing, lifting, and repetitive motions. Frequent stair climbing. Ability to work in extreme temperatures and conditions. Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating/ split-shifts. Frequent hand-washing. May encounter hazards such as lifting injuries and exposure to unsanitary materials.
