Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in the Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, efficient, and compassionate nursing services to patients in critical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients medical conditions and prioritize care based on urgency.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as prescribed.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient interactions, treatments, and progress accurately and thoroughly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and discharge instructions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license and current state licensure.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Room or critical care settings.
  
  
• 
  BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and emergency intervention skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
