Creative Content Manager

Job responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Provide creative strategic direction and coordination to the branding team and creative team in global head-quarter and India.
- Conceptualization: Collaborate with the HQ Branding & Marketing Team and India local creative team to develop, enhance and refine the creative concept and process, from concept development to final execution.
- Design Development: Oversee end-to-end design, shooting process, ensuring high quality marketing content deliverable. Mainly video content.
- Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between China HQ Branding & Marketing Team and local India marketing team, understanding their needs, provide guidance and facilitate a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards for creative output, ensuring all that deliverable align with company’s brand and quality guidelines.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Head of Creative in HQ on project status, resource utilization and any potential challenges or opportunities for improvement.
