Your work directly contributes to the health, safety, and overall experience of those in our care.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areasSweep, mop, and sanitize floors throughout the facilityEmpty trash containers and replace liners as neededClean surfaces including walls, windows, mirrors, and fixturesSanitize high-touch areas such as handrailsSafely use cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with guidelinesMaintain organized housekeeping carts and storage areasFollow all infection control and safety protocolsReport maintenance or resident safety concerns promptlyProvide excellent customer service to residents and visitorsWork independently and as part of a team to meet cleanliness standardsQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldHealthcare or long-term care housekeeping experience preferredHigh school diploma or GED preferredStrong attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to follow instructions and safety proceduresGood communication and teamwork skillsCompassion for an underserved populationWhy Join Cherrydale Post Acute?At Cherrydale, you’re more than just an employee—you’re part of a team that values your contributions and invests in your growth.
