Career Team is seeking a Career Advisor for their office in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. This full-time position involves providing career counseling and case management services, assessing job-seekers’ needs, and guiding them in preparing their Individual Employment Plans (IEP). Ideal candidates have a minimum GED/HS Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least 1 year of workforce development experience.
