Night Shift Billing Clerk  

**Resume Required**

HOURS: 

• Night Shift – 6:00pm-6:00 am, as needed.
• 12-hour shift 3 days a week.
• Rotating the 3 days a week every other week.
• Saturday’s when scheduled in rotation.
• Sunday’s when scheduled in rotation.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

• Take care of billing for Loading Dock, including verifying orders and filing invoices for domestic and export loads.
• Keep track of truck seals and trailer numbers.
• Take care of billing paperwork, BOL’s, manifest, scale weights, etc.
• Put together pick lists to prepare for following day’s loads.
• Ready the temperature recorder for each truck with product to be delivered.
• Various duties to be completed as needed within billing office.
• Perform various other accounting duties as needed to ensure efficiency in the Accounting Department.
• Answer phones as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally.
• Previous accounting and office experience preferred. 
• Experience working with MS Office, Excel, 10-key and computer skills required. 
• Strong organizational skills. 
• Great communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette. 
• Good work history including attendance. 
• Team player among all shifts. 
• Resume required.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:  

Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Base hourly salary range: $21.60-$23.00
