The successful candidate is an individual with high energy, ownership, integrity, and accountability that will develop software to support software verification and develop/execute test protocols for robotic surgical systems.Essential Job Duties:Develop software tests and scripts that automate testing processesContribute to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline development and workflow enhancementContribute to project content and overall test plan oversight, including definition of test coverage requirements, test plan generation, approval, execution, and archival of resultsAnalyze test data, identify non-conformance trends, generate dashboards to represent concise executive summaries, and recommend design improvementsContribute to the strategy for reliability assessment and verification of robotic surgical systems and instrumentsLog issues found within the issue tracking system; work with software and cross-functional teams to debugQualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience working with embedded systems and electromechanical systemsStrong experience with Python is requiredTroubleshooting mindset, an ability to break down a system or process systematically and effectively into subparts to identify failure mechanismsExcellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with high attention to detailPassionate and committed to the highest product quality.
