Senior Living Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts, drive occupancy growth, and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process. Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
\n
• Conduct community tours and presentations for prospective residents and families
\n
• Manage CRM and lead follow-up activities to maximize conversions
\n
• Track and improve sales performance metrics and conversion rates
\n
• Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, and local businesses
\n
• Execute sales and marketing strategies that increase lead generation and community awareness
\n
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes and standards
\n
• Consistently meet or exceed occupancy and sales goals
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 3+ years of sales experience required
\n
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience required
\n
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales, occupancy, or revenue targets
\n
• Strong consultative selling, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
\n
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
\n
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or related industries preferred
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

\n

Competitive base salary plus commission.

\n

\n
• Commission based on revenue received for each move-in. Earnings range from 3%* -6% of move-in costs
\n
• Additional monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
\n
