Maintenance Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of the plant leadership team who acts as a technical advisor and is responsible for overall maintenance, repair and/or replacement of plant manufacturing, equipment and the overall facility itself. Provides leadership and supervision to the Maintenance team in the assignment and coordination of work to ensure safety, quality and maximum production efficiencies. The role is responsible for keeping all manufacturing equipment operating and in good repair by performing corrective/planned/preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective problem solving. This position requires that an individual be able to lift up to 50 pounds, be willing to work as part of a team, think quickly, and follow directions.

Perform other duties as assigned.
