Center Coordinator - Santa Clara

Support daily center operations, coordinate scheduling and administrative needs, assist clinical teams, maintain center readiness and safety compliance, and serve as a primary point of contact for families and staff. The Center Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily center operations and ensuring a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for clients, families, and staff. This position works closely with clinical teams, scheduling, and regional leadership to support efficient center operations and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative operations and maintain an organized, welcoming center environment. Serve as a primary point of contact for families, staff, and visitors, directing questions and concerns to the appropriate teams. Collaborate with scheduling and clinical teams to coordinate center schedules, staffing coverage, and client attendance. Support center readiness by maintaining supplies, equipment, and an organized treatment environment. Assist with safety procedures, compliance requirements, and maintaining required documentation. Communicate operational needs, staffing concerns, and facility issues to regional leadership. Support client onboarding, center tours, and other administrative activities as needed.
