Shift Leader

Overview We are seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and collaborate with the General Manager to deliver an excellent guest experience. The Shift Leader sets team morale, provides feedback and coaching, and opens and closes the store with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team. Set the morale and tone of the team. Provide feedback and coach team members. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure the quality of food and beverage service. Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age 18 years. Ability to work varied hours, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends. Must pass a background check as required. Must have or acquire a ServSafe certification prior to completing leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver's license preferred, required at certain locations. Eligibility to receive tips subject to state regulations. Benefits & Compensation Flexible schedule. Paid time off after 90 days of employment. No work past 3PM; no evenings or nights.
