Join our dynamic team as a contract security services Site Supervisor in Kansas City, MO where you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional performance on-site for one of our key accounts. You’ll handle client issues, communicate with key contacts, and build strong relationships to enhance the client’s security services. Your responsibilities include updating business databases, reviewing compliance, managing billing, analyzing data, and preparing reports. You'll also guide our customers through projects and deliver detailed presentations, showcasing your expertise in security services.

What’s in it for You 

• Competitive Salary: $56.409.60 / year
• Schedule:  This position requires a flexible schedule based on operational needs. The primary schedule will generally be Monday through Friday; however, occasional weekend inspections and coverage may be required. Work hours may vary depending on site activity, project demands, and client needs. Candidates must be flexible and able to adjust their availability as needed.

Your Responsibilities as a Site Supervisor

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies. 

• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client POCs. 

• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success. 

• Effectively manage teams of officers. 

• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans. 

• Analyze data and prepare internal reports. 

• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines. 

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Your Qualifications: 

• Authorized to work in the United States 

• Able to pass an extensive screening process 

• A college degree or equivalent work experience 

• At least two (2) years of experience in security operations, with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities. Security Supervisory experience required.
