About this Role NorthStar Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced and dedicated Safety Manager to support data center construction projects across Texas. In this role, you will lead day-to-day field safety efforts, partnering closely with crews, foremen, and project leadership to drive a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in the power or electrical construction industry, with a focus on data center or mission‑critical environments. This position plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying risks, and reinforcing safe work practices across active job sites.
