Overview Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team in Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to provide impactful therapeutic services to at‑risk youth and their families within a structured, supportive environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting emotional stability, behavioral progress, and overall treatment success. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy services Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with families, case managers, and external providers Support youth with behavioral and emotional challenges Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews Preferred Experience Experience in child welfare or child and adolescent mental health Experience working with youth who have experienced trauma Familiarity with treating youth exhibiting complex behavioral needs Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills Qualifications Required: Active Ohio Social Work License (LSW) Valid driver’s license and insurance Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field LPC or MSW credential Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Flexible scheduling Professional development assistance Referral program Work Location This is an in-person position based in Columbus, OH (43207).
