What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
• Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols
• Reassess patients systematically, identifying trends and making timely interventions
• Educate patients and families on health management, discharge planning, and follow-up care
• Document all care activities accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and quality standards

What You Need

• Current New Mexico RN license or an active Compact state license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications from AHA
• TNCC certification required; CPI or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years ER nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment
