The Brist Le is responsible for biling the cltre of Est 5th Coffee -- mking gests feel geninely welcome, eveloping brists into hospitlity professionls who tke prie in the work, n mintining the kin of environment people seek ot on prpose.

Wht We're Looking For

• Two or more yers in hospitlity leership role - coffee, cfe, or restrnt
• Genine wrmth with gests n service instinct tht oesn't reqire prompting
• Experience in trining n eveloping horly stff, with the commniction skills to mke it stick
• Working knowlege of espresso-bse beverge preprtion n cfe opertions
• Relible n orgnize - 7 m opens, five ys week, reqire both
• Someone who res the room, jsts on the fly, n knows wht gret gest experience feels like withot being tol
• Fmilirity with POS systems n scheling tools is pls (we se nion POS n 7shifts).

Compenstion n Schele

• Py: $15. - $17. per hor pls tips
• Schele: Wenesy throgh Sny, 7 m to 3 pm (fll-time, 4 hrs/week). Finl schele to be set with the irector of Hospitlity ring onboring.

• PTO: Eligible to ccre PTO immeitely pon hire, n will ccre two hors of PTO for every 4 hors worke, p to mximm ccrl of 12 hors.
• Benefits: Meicl enrollment vilble - Pel39 covers pproximtely 5% of the employee premim. entl n vision vilble t employee cost.
