Direct Care Professionals Full Time Overnights Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour $22.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment) Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday 11pm-9am

Direct Care Professionals Provide Assistance With Daily Activities And Ensure a Structured Routine That Includes Individual community outings Meal preparation Assistance with activities of daily living Personal care Medical appointments Medication distribution What are Community Outings?
