## Internal Medicine Physician | Pullman, WA Eastern Washington — Home of Washington State University Salary Range: $270,000–$350,000 ($300,000+ Negotiable) + Production & Quality Bonuses ## Position Details* Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position — 4 positions available* Schedule: Flexible scheduling options including outpatient, inpatient, hybrid, and job share models; clinic call shared within the health system* Setting: Outpatient primary care clinic on hospital campus — Palouse Medical inside Pullman Regional Hospital; 24 exam rooms averaging 1,800 visits per month* Telemedicine: No* Immigration assistance negotiable — loan assistance available## Practice OverviewSeeking 4 BC/BE Internal Medicine Physicians to join a growing Internal Medicine program at an award-winning critical access hospital:* Full-service primary care clinic offering family medicine, internal medicine, and quick care through ReadyCare* Robust hospitalist program with 5 employed internal medicine physicians serving inpatients only* Nurse case management support throughout* Integrated behavioral health program, comprehensive diabetes management program, and population health program* Opportunity for regional nursing home and skilled nursing facility rounding* Physician leadership and teaching opportunities* Family Medicine Residency Program in partnership with Washington State University Elson S.
