You'll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.What You'll DoInventory Management: Accurately pull materials and plates for job packets, conduct inventory reporting to leads, and support inventory control efforts to ensure smooth operations.Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes, handling loads up to 30,000 lbs safely and efficiently.Equipment Operation & Safety: Perform daily forklift and crane inspections, complete safety check-offs, and maintain compliance with all safety protocols.Travel Requirements: Minimal to no travel required; role is fully onsite.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.What You'll Bring Must-haves:Warehouse experience with 1-3 years in material handling and forklift operationStrong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and material managementBasic technical proficiency, comfortable with ERP systems or similar technologyCommitment to safety and following established protocolsNice-to-haves:Prior forklift certification and experience with overhead cranesExperience working in a job shop or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with inventory control systems and reportingAbility to work collaboratively in a small, supportive team settingWhy Join Weir?
