Senior Structural Engineer (PE)

A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and delivery of structural projects across a diverse portfolio of commercial developments. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage projects from concept through construction while serving as a technical mentor and primary client contact.

Responsibilities:

Lead structural engineering projects through design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and engineering calculations.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Mentor and train junior engineers and designers.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license
10+ years of structural engineering experience.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and structural design software.
