HVAC Service Technician

McQuillan Home Services is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air serving the Ramsey, Washington and Hennepin Counties for over 135 years. The primary duties of a Service Technician are to perform maintenance checks and services for HVAC systems. Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of HVAC experience
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Valid drivers license
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
