Who You Are We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensing Assistant to support the licensing team with organizing submissions, maintaining files, and tracking approvals. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to learn the licensing process while working closely with a collaborative team. What You'll Do Assist with preparing and organizing licensing submissions for review and approval. Upload and maintain documents, images, and files in Box, MediaBox, and other systems. Review submissions for completeness and accuracy before they are sent for approval. Track submission statuses, approvals, and feedback. Maintain organized records and filing systems. Assist with updating spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel. Communicate with internal teams to gather information and resolve missing items. Support the licensing team with administrative and project-related tasks as needed. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new systems and processes. What We Offer Position Salary: $75k plus depending on experience Effective 09/17/2023 NYC passed a Pay Transparency Law which requires NYC based hiring to include a compensation range on each job posting.
